If you're in a market that's extremely competitive this can be an expensive option but it's a great way to drive traffic to your website right away.

Getting listed on search engines is the ideal way to drive traffic to your website for two reasons. One, the traffic is free and second, the traffic is targeted meaning that the person specifically searched for a product that you offer so the chance of conversion to a sale is much better.

Reciprocal link exchanges is another method of driving more website traffic. You place a link on your website to another website in exchange for a link back to your website. This is great for achieving great search engine rankings along with possible traffic from other websites.
